Engineering Electrical Intern - Senior
- Assist with initial builds and system integration for robotics and automation equipment (RTX systems)
- Support mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assembly activities
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including procedure review and validation
- Contribute to robotics prototype development, including:
- CCTV camera integration
- Safety clamp systems
- Pressure washer applications
- Support robot operation demonstrations and testing activities
- Assist with high ambient testing of robotic systems at external facilities (e.g., Southwest Research Institute)
- Troubleshoot and help resolve assembly, system, and performance issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes, reliability, and system performance
- H&P RTX Initial Build (First Order) - Cross-functional build and FAT support
- OTC 2026 Demo Support (Houston - Bammel) - RTX250 robot demo and prototype enhancements
- SWRI Testing (San Antonio) - High ambient performance testing for RTX250 systems
- Gain real-world experience in robotics and automation systems integration
- Exposure to manufacturing processes, testing protocols, and engineering workflows
- Develop practical skills in troubleshooting, system validation, and cross-functional collaboration
