Seasonal Crew Member - Grass Distribution Location
Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasonal, reliable, and hardworking Crew Member to join our team at our grass distribution location. In this role, you will assist customers with picking up their grass orders, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a physically active position that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail to help keep operations running smoothly. Employees are required to show up Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm and Saturdays 7:30-2:00pm.


Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with the setup and cleanup of the pickup location.
-Load and transport heavy grass pieces (approximately 15-20 lbs each) efficiently and safely.
-Perform general maintenance and organization of the work area to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
-Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
-Work collaboratively with team members to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
-Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, assisting them with their orders as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Ability to safely operate a forklift is highly valued but not required. Training may be provided.
-Ability to speak Spanish is highly valued but not required.
-Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job.
-Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects throughout the workday.
-A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
