Description:

ENG- Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, production documentation, and manufacturing strategies supporting electrical production operations. Coordinate manufacturing processes, tooling, and production planning activities while ensuring manufacturing requirements are achieved throughout the production lifecycle. Support cross-functional teams by optimizing manufacturing efficiency, production readiness, and delivery performance.

#Education & Job Requirements

*Associate's degree with 3+ years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience including 5+ years of related work experience
*5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning supporting electrical systems
*Experience using GOLD
*Experience developing manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials, work instructions, and manufacturing illustrations
*Knowledge to translate Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM)
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

*Experience supporting Boeing manufacturing programs

#Job Duties & Functions

*Plan and lead manufacturing processes for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations
*Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies that support business objectives
*Prepare build analyses and cost estimate reports
*Lead integration of suppliers, materials, processes, data, and technology to satisfy manufacturing and delivery requirements
*Participate in source selection activities to ensure manufacturing requirements are achieved
*Develop complex tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering needs
*Manage tooling from initial design through end-of-use disposition
*Investigate and resolve complex manufacturing-related issues
*Conduct producibility assessments of design concepts
*Develop complex work statements and production sequencing to support delivery commitments
*Draft, update, and review manufacturing processes and procedures supporting business and regulatory requirements
*Review and implement non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications
*Translate Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to establish and maintain production demand

*Walk throughout the production facility
*Climb stairs and scaffolding as required
*Successfully complete required on-the-job or classroom training prior to assignment
