We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Treasury and Accounts Payable Director to lead our financial operations and ensure the efficient management of cash flow, banking relationships, and accounts payable processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the company’s treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships

- Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers

- Implement and maintain internal controls related to treasury and accounts payable activities

- Monitor cash flow and forecast financial needs to support business operations and growth

- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and procurement teams to optimize financial processes

- Lead and develop a team of treasury and accounts payable professionals

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

- Prepare financial reports related to cash management and accounts payable activities for senior management

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred

- Proven experience in treasury management and accounts payable operations

- Strong understanding of cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial regulations

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
