Program Manager Cardiology - Tyler Specialty Arrhythmia Center

- Lead and support new clinic startups focused on early disease detection
- Develop and implement clinical pathways, protocols, and evidence-based care models
- Collaborate with physicians and referral sources to support integrated care delivery
- Coordinate care for cardiac electrophysiology patients across the continuum
- Educate patients, families, and care teams on disease management and treatment plans
- Support EP lab operations, quality tracking, and staff education on EP procedures
- Manage community outreach initiatives to promote disease awareness and clinic services
- Monitor patient progress and support early intervention in acute care situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Current APRN licensure required
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical leadership, care coordination, and communication skills
- Full-time advanced practice role
- Combination of clinical care, program development, and community outreach

About the Role
