General Manager: Boutique Fitness Sales & Studio Operations
Fitness Sales & Operations Manager – Join the HOTWORX® Team!

Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Achieve Goals – Utilize consultative sales skills to convert leads into loyal members and consistently exceed monthly targets.
- Lead & Develop the Team – Conduct engaging weekly and monthly team meetings and training sessions to maximize performance.
- Deliver a 5-Star Member Experience – Ensure outstanding customer service that leads to positive online reviews and strong member retention.
- Marketing & Community Outreach – Implement local and national marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and membership sign-ups.
- Studio Operations – Maintain accurate member and employee records, follow company policies, and oversee daily studio management.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Ability – 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or health club industry.
- Leadership Experience – 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong Communication Skills – Outgoing, professional, and able to connect with members and staff effectively.
- Results-Driven Mindset – Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance metrics.
- Passion for Fitness – Enthusiastic about health and wellness and inspiring others to reach their goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Current Salary: $32,000 base pay + $8,400 EFT = $40,4000.
- Personal Commission & Studio Bonuses = Total earning potential of $50,000+.
