Executive Assistant to President
Position Title : Executive Assistant
Location: Houston, TX
Assignment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation : $85,000.00 / year + DOE
Work Schedul e: Onsite Monday-Friday 8-5pm (may require some overtime)
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Requirements:
· Minimum 5+ years of strong administrative experience in an oil and gas industry or related. (heavy calendar management experience, travel coordination required).
· Some personal assistance needed. (running errands, coordinating schedules for organizations he is involved in).
· Bachelor’s degree required in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Tech savvy (must have MS office).
· Able to adapt, be flexible, anticipate needs over time.
· Must have excellent presentation and communication skills as this person is representing him and the company.
