NSI Industries is seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Sandshell Drive Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, second-shift position (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) supporting our dynamic and fast-paced operations.

• Uses handheld scanner to read order to ascertain size, color, and quantity of merchandise
• Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves
• May work alongside collaborative robots (cobots) as part of the order pulling process
• Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is packed and meet standards
• Carries or transports completed orders to the shipping audit station for final inspection and packing with material handling equipment
• Cross-train in Shipping Department to assist with outbound activities (audit orders, process shipments, etc.)
• Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required
• May assist in placing incoming items into inventory

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time – this is a stand-up position
• Must be able to visually distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects
• Finger/wrist dexterity to work effectively on computer keyboard or grabbing/packaging product
• Ability to exchange information with co-workers and work as part of a team
