Customer Service/Bartender

MUTTZ is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating an excellent guest experience by crafting and serving high-quality beverages. If enjoy interacting with people and DOGS, and want to work in a fun environment, we would love to meet you. this job is great for a university student that wants to work part time.

• Greet guests and discuss membership options, sell memberships, answer questions about the park.
• Maintain a guest-focused approach, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience for all patrons.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
• Assess customers' preferences and needs, providing recommendations and suggesting suitable beverage options.
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age requirements.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed, maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar area.
• Handle any complaints or problems with a positive attitude, addressing concerns promptly and finding satisfactory resolutions.
• Issue bills to customers accurately and process payments, including handling cash transactions.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including obtaining TABC and Food Handler certifications as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Computer literacy and hands-on experience in cashier duties, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
• Patience and a customer-oriented approach, providing exceptional service and attentiveness to guests' needs.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Willingness to comply with all food and beverage regulations, including obtaining TABC and Food Handler certifications from or equivalent providers.
