We are seeking a Full-Time Engineering Finishes Technician to join our Engineering team at the Hyatt Regency DFW , conveniently located directly across from Terminal C at DFW Airport. Our hotel features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of meeting and event space , offering a dynamic yet stable work environment - all at one location.

The Role
As an Engineering Finishes Technician , you play a key role in maintaining the appearance, comfort, and quality of our guest rooms and public spaces. Unlike construction roles, this position offers the opportunity to take pride in craftsmanship without changing job sites, while being part of a supportive hotel team.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in daily tasks, and being part of a long-term property team.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Flexible scheduling may include weekends, holidays, and as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and finish interior surfaces including sheetrock patching, sanding, and painting
- Install and repair vinyl wall covering
- Perform ceiling repairs and assist with water remediation
- Conduct floor tile repair and minor marble restoration
- Maintain guestrooms and public spaces to Hyatt brand and appearance standards
- Assist with basic facility troubleshooting (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Work closely with the Engineering team to support preventative maintenance efforts
