Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Petroleum, Oil, Lubricants Manager (3860) in Webster, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) compliance programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Develop, implement, and oversee POL program procedures, inspections, and reporting.
• Provide technical oversight related to storage tanks, spill prevention, and controls.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience.
• United States citizenship.
