Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | No Weekends
Pay: $25-$40/hour (Hybrid Pay Plan)

We're an established independent European repair shop in Houston looking for an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Technician to join our growing team. You'll work on premium European vehicles, utilize modern diagnostic equipment, and be part of a shop that values quality over shortcuts.

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues on European vehicles
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repair services
- Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Perform quality repairs following manufacturer procedures
- Road test vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles when necessary
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
- Build accurate parts lists and repair recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- 2+ years of European automotive repair experience
- A-Level or strong B-Level technician
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
- Experience servicing European makes
- Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Dealership experience is welcome but not required
Compensation
- Hybrid pay plan
- $25-$40/hour depending on experience
- Estimated annual earnings of $62,000-$95,000+
