Senior Accounts Payable
Kforce has a client that is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Associate on a temp to perm basis in Dallas, TX. Duties Include:
- Manage complex vendor accounts and recurring AP workflow exceptions
- Troubleshoot 3-way match and PO workflow issues
- Monitor workflow queue aging and identify delays or exceptions
- Communicate professionally with vendors, branches, and internal partners
- Manage and reconcile PCard transactions
- Support expense reimbursement processes using Excel templates
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventative solutions
- Create and update SOPs and training materials
- Mentor peers and support onboarding of new team members
- 3+ years of extensive Accounts Payable experience
- High volume 3-way matching experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Excel
