Агент торговельний з в.о. касира
1. Забезпечує виконання цілей по продажам у торгових точках на підзвітній території.2. Аналізує ключові показники ефективності і навантаження на співробітників бюро телефонних продажів.3. Розробляє і впроваджує нові процеси і системи управління телефонних продажів.4. Відповідає за побудову ефективних і своєчасних комунікацій між співробітниками бюро і іншими відділами компанії, використовуючи схему комунікацій.
Qualifications1. Досвід роботи у сфері продажів не менше 2 років.2. Успішний досвід управління командою не менше 1 року.3. Високий рівень комунікаційних навичок і ведення переговорів.
