The Sanford House Inn & Spa is a luxury boutique hotel offering elegant accommodations, a fine dining restaurant (Restaurant506), a full-service spa, and event spaces. Located in the heart of Arlington, TX, it provides a tranquil retreat with top-tier hospitality. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Position Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services : Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and provide information about the property and local attractions.
• Reservations : Manage room and spa reservations using the hotel's booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Communication : Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Administrative Tasks : Maintain guest records, process payments, and perform daily reporting tasks.
• Coordination : Liaise with housekeeping, spa, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Problem Resolution : Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience : Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Skills : Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attributes : Professional appearance, warm personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Availability : Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
