• Job Summary and Qualifications

  We are seeking a NIGHT Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.   What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • You will perform therapeutic measures prescribed and delegated by the physician.
  • You will participate in patient education and rehabilitation and provide interpretation of treatment to the patient and the patient's family.
  • You will coordinate unit activities and assure accountability of all assigned tasks.

  What qualifications you will need:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in acute care and psychiatric nursing is preferred.
  • Current BLS from the American Heart Association is required.
  • Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) is required within 60 days of hire
