Lead Business Analyst - WIC MIS (Government Project)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
Proven ability to create clear, complete, and actionable requirements documentation.
Strong experience ensuring system functionality aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years working with government regulations or compliance frameworks .
5+ years of project management experience.
5+ years leading teams or workgroups.
Experience interpreting policies and translating regulations into system requirements.
Strong experience conducting gap analysis and reviewing MIS functionality.
Experience gathering MIS requirements within large organizations.
Experience developing solicitation or contract requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field.
PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification preferred.
