Construction Job Site Administrator (Full-Time)

We are seeking organized, dependable individuals to join our team as Full-Time Construction Job Site Administrators. This role supports daily construction site operations by coordinating documentation, communication, and administrative tasks while working closely with field teams and management.
Training & Certification
- Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
- Paid, structured training provided
- Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
- Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
- Training begins at the end of April 2026
- Interviews will be conducted remotely
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for active construction job sites
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation management
- Coordinate communication between field crews, supervisors, and office staff
- Maintain job site records, compliance documents, and daily logs
- Support safety documentation and procedural compliance
- Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and general site organization
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of one (1) year of construction job sit experience
- Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Willingness to submit to a drug test
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to attend and complete all required training sessions
