RN - Cardiac Telemetry (Permanent Role)

Location: Dallas, TX, 75226

Shift: 12 HR Days | 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and document patient conditions.
• Prioritize patient and family needs, developing and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Foster therapeutic relationships by managing discomfort, maintaining professionalism, and honoring patient values.
• Educate patients, families, and the broader community to support informed healthcare decisions.
• Identify and assess learning needs regularly and provide appropriate educational resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Delegate nursing tasks appropriately and follow up to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Use evidence-based strategies to solve problems related to patient care.
• Recognize personal limitations; prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in care delivery.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and contribute to team success.
• Provide mentorship to peers and participate in community service initiatives.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum 1 year of recent, full-time experience in Telemetry, ICU, or PCU settings.
