Epic RTE /Coverage Detection Build Analyst

Seeking a hands-on Epic Build Analyst with deep experience in Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) , Coverage Detection , and integration with third-party vendors such as Waystar and Experian . This consultant will support design, build, testing, and go-live phases for a new implementation. Expertise in Epic benefits filing build is strongly preferred.

This is a remote contract, with meetings during EST and some on-site, travel work as needed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Epic build for RTE and Coverage Detection workflows

• Configure and optimize integrations between Epic and Waystar , Experian , or similar vendors

• Build and maintain benefits filing logic and related coverage workflows

• Participate in design sessions, requirements gathering, and validation with operational and technical teams

• Execute unit testing, integrated testing, and troubleshooting of eligibility and coverage interfaces

• Support cutover planning, readiness tasks, and go-live activities

• Attend client meetings during ET business hours; complete some build activities after hours as needed

• Document build decisions, workflows, and technical specifications in alignment with client standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Epic RTE and Coverage Detection build

• Experience integrating Epic with Waystar , Experian , or other eligibility/coverage vendors

• Strong understanding of Prelude , ADT , or Registration modules

• Hands-on experience with Epic benefits filing configuration

• Ability to troubleshoot coverage and eligibility workflows end to end

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work varying hours based on project phase

Preferred

• Epic certification or proficiency in Prelude or eligibility-related Epic certifications

• Experience supporting go-live readiness for eligibility/coverage functionality

• Prior consulting experience in SOW-based engagements
