Employment Type: Full-Time, Small Business Trucking with team environment

Salary: $16.00-$20.00/Hour (Overtime paid at time and a half)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Occasional Saturday
Job Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Exit Oakdale and 161.

General Summary: Status Logistics Inc. is a transportation service provider specializing in Dry Van Transport,
Equipment Transport, and Yard Management. We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! We are a successful small business looking for a team member that is flexible, experienced with FMCSA rules and regulations, and will help us grow.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our Customers, Employees, and vendors.
Data entry - QuickBooks Online - Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Account Reconciliations, Billing. Payroll Management ADP
Manage FMCSA compliance
Manage Equipment Maintenance files (Electronic and Physical)
Manage Safety Training's and Policy Communications
Assist Operations Manager with on-boarding new drivers
Assist with on-boarding new customers as related to billing procedures
Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word) to communicate and track key company data
We have a truck yard in Grand Prairie. Office Administrator will pick up time sheets and stock other important information for the drivers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in QuickBooks Online and Office Administration
Experience working with FMCSA Rules & Regulations
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
Great typing skills (40 WPM+) Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be Fluent in English, Bi-lingual is a plus
Comfortable with Small Business atmosphere
