Kata Robata, Houston s premier sushi restaurant, is growing our team! We re known for delivering exceptional service alongside incredible food and drinks. We re hiring both part-time and full-time hosts/hostesses who are eager to learn, grow, and thrive in an exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Assist with guest service needs and inquiries
Learn and share knowledge about Japanese food and culture
Manage guest seating to balance guest preferences and server flow
Communicate guest needs with management and team members
Maintain smooth and efficient flow of seating throughout service
Oversee to-go service and online ordering
Manage reservations, assist with changes, and confirm details
