Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Minimum of 3 days per week, minimum of 6 hour shifts, Saturday availability is required. Open availability is preferred.
Pay: Starting pay begins at $10/hour and may vary depending on your experience and availability, with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Your Role:
- Welcome guests warmly and take orders efficiently as a cashier or working in the drive thru
- Provide excellent service and create positive guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
- Learn and uphold Chick-fil-A’s service standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 16 or older
- Friendly, team-oriented individuals
- Available to work at least 18 hours per week
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States. All new hires must complete federal employment eligibility paperwork (Form I-9) and present documents that verify identity and work authorization.
- Comfortable working part-time shifts that are within the following timeframes: 10am–2pm and/or 5pm–8pm, with each shift lasting at least 6 hours. If you have evening availability, you are required to close at least two nights per week, including a Saturday. Typical evening shifts are from 3pm/4pm/5pm - 11pm.
- Available to work Saturdays. Flexibility is required of all applicants, including availability to close on Saturdays. This ensures greater scheduling flexibility for all team members.
- Flexible during the training period. Training hours may be fewer than regular shifts and can last two weeks to one month, depending on training progress.
- Willing to submit to a background check, if required
Adherence to Grooming and Appearance Policy:
- Earrings: Up to three plain studs per ear; one plain stud nose piercing allowed
- Hair: Neat, pulled back, natural colors only
- Facial Hair: Trimmed, maximum ½ inch
- Nails: Short (not past fingertips); no acrylic or press-on nails
- Nail Polish: One solid color, no embellishments or accessories
- Tattoos: Not visible on face, neck, or behind ears; visible tattoos must not be offensive
- False Eyelashes: Permitted at the discretion of the Operator
