Preferred Skills

• Specialized courses or certifications in Audio/Video Conferencing, Microsoft Teams Room, etc.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and IT service management processes

• Experience with video conferencing or AV support

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Understanding of basic networking concepts

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Skills and Requirements

• Analyse and interpret structured and unstructured data

• Build and maintain statistical and machine learning models

• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis

• Ensure data quality and monitor model performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven solutions - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

• 2-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles

• Proficiency in Python or R, Strong SQL skills

• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting

• Understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
