Title - Foreclosure Title Review Clerk

Location : Dallas, TX | 100% Onsite
Pay : $20.00 to $24.00 per hour BOE
Schedule : Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours
Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform in-depth title searches and review public records, deeds, liens, judgments, and property tax history
• Verify chain of ownership and identify legal roadblocks to foreclosure clearance
• Flag and report title defects—collaborate with curative and legal teams to resolve them
• Ensure all title documentation complies with legal, investor, and client standards
• Work closely with attorneys and lenders to resolve disputes and unpaid claims

Requirements
• Must have 3–5 years of verifiable mortgage title experience

• High attention to detail and strong document review ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry systems, and legal platforms
• Strong focus, great job stability in past roles and excellent attention to detail
