Accounts Payable Specialist
- Process and code invoice for payment
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries
- Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments
- Maintain accurate records and files of all transactions
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc. )
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
