COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $21.00–$22.00/hr, depending on experience
• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Direct Hire, W2

ROLE IMPACT
The Provider Management Supervisor ensures the accuracy and integrity of provider data and related documentation. This role supports internal audits by validating healthcare records and responding to documentation requests with speed, accuracy, and compliance. Success in this position protects sensitive data, supports claims processing, and enhances provider-client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise a team of 15–20 staff, providing direction, support, and performance oversight
• Partner with leadership to resolve documentation discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency
• Verify provider data and validate medical documentation, including itemized bills, UB04s, and HCFA forms
• Maintain documentation standards and ensure timely, accurate responses to audit requests
• Route misdirected requests and collaborate with internal departments for resolution
• Make outbound calls as needed to obtain missing documentation or clarify provider data
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect PHI and PII

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated office and administrative experience
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines independently
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Windows OS and Internet navigation
• Internal audit platforms and secure record systems
• PHI/PII-compliant documentation tools

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior outbound call experience
• Familiarity with healthcare billing forms (HCFA, UB04)
• Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA)
