Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $18 – $24 / Hourly

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, or 10am-7pm

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Specialist to support medical case review operations for a healthcare-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, reviewing documentation, coordinating tasks, and supporting clinical consultants in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of medical case documentation and related administrative tasks
• Assign and track incoming case requests based on urgency and workflow needs
• Communicate with medical consultants to support timely case completion
• Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and compliance
• Maintain logs, reports, and tracking tools for case progress
• Respond to inquiries related to case coordination and documentation status
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and privacy standards
• Handle confidential medical information with professionalism

Requirements

• 3+ years of administrative or office experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Typing 40+ WPM
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Comfortable working with structured workflows and sensitive documentation
