Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for accuracy and efficiency. As a Bookkeeper, you will assist in maintaining financial records and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues

- Manage and track inventory and purchase orders

- Process and track employee expenses and reimbursements

- Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations and procedures

- Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures

- Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
