MATERIAL HANDLER / SHIPPING

Fort Worth, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $18.50 per hour – Monday–Friday, 4:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (OT available) 1st shift

• $19.75 per hour – Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. (OT starts at 8:00 p.m. when available) 3rd shift

• Full-time, W2

ROLE IMPACT

This position supports warehouse operations for a leading oil and gas distributor by ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of materials and products. Success is measured through safe material handling, timely shipping and receiving, and maintaining organized inventory flow to support production and customer fulfillment goals.

KEY DUTIES

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks including stacking boxes, loading/unloading trucks, and palletizing materials

• Operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and quality standards

• Assist with cycle counts, labeling, and general material handling as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Recent warehouse or material handling experience required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 10–12 hour shifts

• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Operation of forklifts and pallet jacks

• Continuous standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift

• Warehouse setting with temperature fluctuations

• Must wear safety boots with metatarsal covers

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving within oil and gas or industrial sectors

• Certified forklift operator
