We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented students or alumni to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Assistant. This flexible, part-time position is ideal for individuals seeking extra income while gaining experience in marketing and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving and shipping of promotional items from home or designated carriers
- Track and manage outgoing promotional shipments
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records
- Communicate with vendors and delivery services as needed
