Logistics Analyst
Tesla is seeking a deeply process oriented, experienced, and self-driven Logistics Analyst to support international and domestic distribution of energy distribution parts. You will work cross-functionally with global supply chain, warehousing, material planning, channel planning, service, finance, and production control to grow and manage Tesla's energy distribution network. What You'll Do Develop global distribution strategy to support complex and high-volume service supply chainWork with supply chain leadership, logistics and business intelligence managers to establish strategic objectives and logistics road map for service, MRB and e-commerceOversee the initial setup of high-volume distribution locations, monitor booking and coordinate the most cost-effective and efficient means to import/exportCollaborate with industrial engineers, business intelligence team and system development team regularly to initiate logistics carrier API integration, and internal TMS and WMS improvementsIssue statistical or detailed reporting for stakeholders as requested including operation efficiency improvement, cost reduction and capacity planningPull data from internal database. Analyze, compile, and publish logistics dashboards and metrics for Tesla's logistics leadershipIdentify and define new process improvement opportunities What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional abilityMaster's degree in industrial engineering or supply chain, preferred5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional abilityStrong analytical and organizational skills; ability to code in SQL and Tableau and deep dive in dataDemonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levelsStrong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity Benefits
