Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Product & Marketing
Location: Onsite - Plano, TX
Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong track record of recruiting top-tier Product and Marketing talent. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and stakeholder alignment to offer negotiation and onboardingwhile supporting high-growth teams across product management, product marketing, brand, and growth marketing. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, developing pipelines of qualified candidates and shaping the hiring process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Product and Marketing roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviews, feedback loops, and offer close.
- Develop customized recruiting strategies based on the needs of product and marketing teams, hiring timelines, and talent availability.
- Source qualified candidates through a range of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HR business partners, and finance to anticipate future hiring needs and align recruiting goals with business objectives.
- Facilitate structured interview processes that evaluate both skill fit and team alignment, ensuring a consistent and inclusive approach.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation strategy, offer negotiation, and candidate expectations based on market trends.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from first contact to final offer, with timely communication and feedback.
- Educate candidates on the companys product roadmap, marketing vision, growth opportunities, and brand values.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by identifying and promoting channels that increase visibility and attract top talent in product and marketing spaces.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 35+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on product management, growth marketing, brand, or UX/UI roles.
- Proven ability to engage and close passive talent in competitive markets.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks and offer negotiation best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.
