Key Responsibilities:

- Review and prepare tax returns, primarily focusing on partnerships and S corporations.

- Assist with compliance and reporting for various tax issues, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Guide tax planning strategies and recommend actionable solutions for clients.

- Collaborate with team members on complex tax matters and cross-border transactions, utilizing foreign tax knowledge when applicable.

- Implement and adapt to new AI software solutions for enhanced efficiency in tax return processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CPA license preferred; experience in a smaller CPA firm environment is a plus.

- Proficiency with UltraTax and familiarity with AI-related tax software implementations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
