Regional Key Account Manager Location Remote in Austin, TX : Technical Acct Manager - Capital Equipment - (Remote) Central U.S. (Preferred: Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, TX)Base + Uncapped Commission | Full Benefits What You'll Do: This is a relationship-first, consultative sales role with both account growth and new business development responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Industry Presence : Represent the company at trade shows, events, and roadshows Account Management (80%) : Grow existing accounts by delivering technical solutions that improve productivity and ROI Client Engagement : Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, site visits, and solution presentations New Business Development (20%) : Prospect, demo, and close new business in untapped sectors Territory Strategy : Build and execute sales plans aligned to regional goals Team Collaboration : Partner with engineering, inside sales, and field service to support the full sales cycle CRM & Forecasting : Use Salesforce, ACT!, or similar tools to manage pipeline and track activities What We're Looking For: ~3+ years in capital equipment, industrial, or technical B2B sales ~ Strong consultative selling skills with a solution-oriented mindset ~ Comfortable engaging with both engineers and executive leadership ~ CRM proficient; detail-oriented with strong time management ~ Self-starter who can manage a multi-state remote territory ~ Valid driver's license and clean driving record ~ Willingness to travel 40-55% Bonus Experience (Not Required): UV, LED, Arch Lamp, or Micro technology background OEM or capital equipment sales cycle familiarity SPIN Selling or other formal sales training Associate or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field Who You'll Sell To You'll work with decision-makers across departments and industries, including: Executives: CTOs, COOs, Chief Engineers, Owners Directors & Managers: Ops, Manufacturing, Product, Engineering Engineers: Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Process OEM & Field Roles: Technical Sales Reps, Field Engineers, Account Managers Why Join Us?
