Administrative Receptionist

Overview
Mid-Continent Hospitality, a North Texas leader in hotel development and management, has an opening for a professional administrative receptionist. The position will help support the company's CEO and office staff. This position will directly report to Mid-Continent's Human Resource Specialist.
Job Description :
Attend to front desk and greet office visitors
Open & distribute daily mail. Receive and distribute delivery of packages
Manage the shipping of parcels and packages for office staff
Manage scheduling for company CEO
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company CEO
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Prioritize CEO emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate CEO travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents for company CEO
Organize, assemble, and mail out Account Payables payments
Order office supplies and kitchen supplies
Coordinate office repairs and maintenance requests
Manage copiers, printers, and postage machines
Reconcile Mid-Continent corporate credit card statements (Amex and Chase)
Cut and mail payments out of QuickBooks for Mid-Continent Hospitality
Manage accounts payable email account and distribute emails/invoices to appropriate hotel and copy accountant
Maintain and update property list and distribute as needed
Any other tasks as assigned by the Human Resource Specialist
Requirements
Must be able to work in office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Must have proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
High School Diploma
