How you'll make an impact- Update Excel files on a daily basis.

- Listen to and grade calls.
- Create emails templates stored in Constant Contact,
- Send emails through Constant Contact.
- Sent text messages through Wire2Air.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $46,000 to $48,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
About YouRequired:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.
- Ability to work overtime as business need requires.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
- Prior customer service and/or employee benefits experience highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to client members/customers in a clear and concise manner.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
