About Us:
24 Hour Flood Pros is a fast-growing water and fire damage restoration company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly after disaster. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers



• Record and categorize daily transactions (AR/AP)



• Reconcile bank and credit card statements



• Prepare monthly financial reports



• Track expenses and job costs by project



• Process payroll and manage payroll records



• Support tax preparation and annual audits



• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures



• Communicate with vendors, clients, and management as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role



• Proficiency with Paylocity (Online preferred)



• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting



• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills



• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion



• Experience in construction or restoration industry is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible hours (Full-time or Part-time)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
