Remote QA Mystery Shopper: Flexible Schedule & Feedback
A quality assurance firm is looking for Quality Assurance Representatives to work remotely. As an agent, you will assess customer service by making mystery shopper calls. You have the flexibility to set your own schedule. Responsibilities include completing test calls, evaluating customer service, and documenting your experience.
