We are currently seeking a skilled Cath Lab Scrub Technician to support our vital cardiac catheterization procedures two days a week in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, Texas. In this essential role, you will prepare and maintain the sterile surgical environment and equipment necessary for successful procedures. Your attention to detail and commitment to patient safety will be crucial as you assist the surgical team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• $26.00–$28.00/hr (based on experience)
• Must be available Tuesday and Wednesday for procedures
• Stone Oak area, San Antonio, TX 78258
• Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card

CATH LAB SCRUB TECHNICIAN DUTIES:

• Prepare and maintain the sterile surgical environment and instruments for cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians and the surgical team during procedures
• Anticipate the needs of the team and respond promptly in a fast-paced setting
• Maintain accurate patient and procedural documentation
• Follow all hospital safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Ensure patient comfort and provide compassionate support throughout procedures

CATH LAB SCRUB TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist or Scrub Technician preferred
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical or catheterization laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Must pass a background check and drug test (Pre-employment requirements)
• Tattoos must be covered while on duty to maintain a professional appearance per client policy
