As a Senior Sales Rep, Aviation & Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping long‑term customer partnerships and advancing the growth of sustainable aviation solutions. The position is based out of Houston, TX.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic management of major aviation and sustainability‑focused accounts, building deep, long‑term relationships across complex customer organizations.
  • Responsible for Sales Strategy Development, Digital Platform Development, and Market Analysis.
  • Identify customer needs and market opportunities to develop tailored SAF and environmental‑attribute solutions that support client objectives and business profitability.
  • Guide cross‑functional teams to shape bespoke commercial offerings, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful contract execution.
  • Use data, insights, and CRM tools to monitor performance, anticipate challenges, and deliver consistently strong customer experience.
  • Promote and expand adoption of sustainable aviation fuel by educating customers, articulating environmental benefits, and representing the organization at industry events.
  • Partner with commercial, regulatory, sustainability, and aviation teams to integrate SAF into customer strategies and support implementation and reporting.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and account for metrics to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert, championing customer‑centric practices, building influential networks, and ensuring compliance while continuously improving sales processes.
What You'll Bring - Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 or more years of B2B sales experience in aviation, sustainability or energy industry
  • 1-2 years of experience directly related sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and/or Environmental attribute sales
  • Proficiency using CRM systems and sales‑related tools to manage data and support account strategies
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and develop tailored solutions that align with client needs

Compensation Range


This position has a base salary range of $180,900- $221,100.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements.
