Enhancements Crew Leader - Commercial
- Lead and manage a crew to complete residential landscape enhancement projects on time and to company standards
- Interpret and execute landscape plans, designs, and client specifications
- Oversee the installation of softscape (plants, sod, mulch) and hardscape (stonework, pavers, edging) features
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet project goals
- Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and safe work practices
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and project managers regarding project status and any site issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
- Complete necessary paperwork, including timesheets, project updates, and material tracking
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in landscape enhancements or landscape construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, plant material, irrigation basics, and hardscape construction
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
