Kelly® is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a top oil and gas client in Spring, Texas. In this onsite role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process, helping ensure seamless operations and delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Location: 100% Onsite in Spring, Texas
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Rate: Up to $34/hour
Client: Top Oil & Gas Client Job Responsibilities:

• Execute all talent acquisition administrative processes, including interview scheduling and logistics, Day 1 onboarding requirements, candidate communications and data collection, and candidate reimbursements.
• Coordinate the talent acquisition process by interacting daily with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Support I9 verifications and re-verifications, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Handle and communicate effectively with multiple vendors.
