Enterprise Account Executive - Systems Integrator

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients within various sectors.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Tailor IT solutions to align with each client's specific business objectives.
  • Proposal and Contract Management:
  • Develop and present proposals and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring the best outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams such as technical support, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and strategies that support lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry-related gatherings to promote services.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline management and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress toward sales goals and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP industry and IT service offerings.
  • Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel within the San Antonio area as needed.
