KA Sales Manager - Core Automation Components (US Robotics Market)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the US robotics market and achieve sales targets.
- Identify, acquire and maintain key accounts (including robot manufacturers, system integrators, and end-users in core industries).
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, needs assessment, solution proposal to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product and marketing teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 3+ years of KA sales experience in the robotics, smart logistics or advanced manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in US mobile and humanoid robots market development.
- Deep understanding of the US robotics market, including key players, industry trends and customer pain points; existing key account resources are a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and drive results.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the US.
