Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to lead the development of scalable, modular, and high-performance frontend applications using micro frontend architecture . You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing reusable components, managing complex state with Redux and RTK Query , and integrating APIs using Axios . This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about modern frontend engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement micro frontend solutions that enable independent deployment and scalability
- Develop and maintain React-based applications with a focus on performance, modularity, and maintainability
- Design and manage global and local state using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query
- Integrate RESTful APIs using Axios, ensuring robust error handling and efficient data fetching
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new tools, libraries, and frameworks
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in React.js development
- Deep understanding of micro frontend architecture (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, Webpack 5)
- Strong expertise in Redux Toolkit (RTK) and RTK Query for state and data management
- Proficient in Axios for API integration and asynchronous operations
- Solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
- Experience with Webpack configuration and optimization for performance and modular builds
- Experience with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Chakra UI) and design systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and frontend performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js
- Knowledge of GraphQL and alternative data-fetching strategies
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
