Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 3:00 PM
Overtime: Saturdays | 8:00 AM 12:00 PM (as needed)

What You'll Be Doing

• Read and interpret piping layouts, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions
• Measure, cut, bend, deburr, clean, and prepare copper tubing for assembly
• Assemble refrigeration piping and install components such as compressors, service valves, filter driers, expansion valves, receivers, accumulators, and pressure switches
• Perform high-quality brazing of copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass joints
• Protect heat-sensitive components and purge refrigeration circuits with dry nitrogen during brazing
• Inspect brazed joints for quality, strength, and proper workmanship
• Identify and report defects, damaged materials, or quality concerns
• Assist with pressure testing, leak testing, and quality verification
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous brazing experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or manufacturing preferred
• Recent graduates from a trade or technical program are encouraged to apply
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to safely operate brazing equipment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
