The Team

We are seeking a Senior Application Architect to lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise systems and integrations. This role will provide technical leadership across backend, frontend, DevOps, and cloud domains while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on architect with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React, OpenShift, AWS, and modern CI/CD automation.

The role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution architecture for all core components, including Fee Pricing Database, API Services, Maintenance UI, Test Manager, Release Manager, and Salesforce/custom integrations.
• Define and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs), data models, and comprehensive system documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, PMO, Architecture, and vendor teams to ensure solution alignment and end‑to‑end system integration.
• Oversee cloud‑native deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance to ensure reliability and traceability.
• Drive automation across testing, deployment, and configuration management to enhance delivery speed and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security, traceability, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across backend, frontend, DevOps, and integration streams.
• Support post‑deployment monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.

Backend: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL

Cloud: OpenShift, AWS

DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD (Trident)

What you’ll bring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, and enterprise solution delivery.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying cloud‑native and microservices‑based solutions.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and integration frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, audit controls, and compliance standards in enterprise or financial systems.
