About the Role
TESIM Electric is hiring an Account Executive to own hyperscale and enterprise data-center accounts. You'll sit under our Director of BD and be the individual contributor who lives inside 5–10 target GC and owner accounts — running the pursuit, keeping the relationship warm, and turning bid invitations into won work.
What You'll Own
- A defined book of hyperscale/enterprise GC and owner accounts.
- Weekly meetings, quarterly business reviews, bid-walk attendance.
- Coordination with estimating to turn bids into winning proposals.
- Pipeline discipline in the CRM; forecast accuracy the leadership team can rely on.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in electrical construction sales, business development, or GC-facing preconstruction.
- Executive-level presence with GC precon and PM teams.
- Track record of moving companies onto GC short lists and converting bids to wins.
- Willingness to be on the road across Texas and to hyperscaler sites.
Preferred Experience
- Existing relationships at target GCs (JE Dunn, DPR, Turner, Rosendin, Bartlett Cocke, Joeris, Zachry, SpawGlass).
- Direct data-center or mission-critical experience.
- Background originally from GC precon or electrical estimating.
Compensation
$52–$80/hr DOE. Health, dental, vision. Vehicle/mileage. Paid holidays.
