Note: The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $45/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Work with PEX, PVC, and Copper Pinping for internal infrastructure piping, drainage, and vents
• Measure, cut, bevel, and align pipe according to specifications
• Tack piping in place as required
• Must have threading knowledge and comfortable using pipe threader

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• OSHA-10 Certification Required
• 4 years verifiable previous experience installing 18-Gauge stainless steel sheet metal ductwork
• Must be comfortable working out of manlifts and from rooftops
• Must be comfortable with fabricating 18-Gauge stainless steel sheet metal ductwork
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Position does require a drug screen
• Position does require a background check
